1. Services and Booking Details

Wild West Party Bus offers a variety of experiences, including bar crawl tours, private bookings, kids’ adventure tours, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and more. Customers can select from our list of available tours. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

● If the company is at fault (e.g., bus malfunctions, maintenance issues that prevent the tour from proceeding as scheduled).
● Deposits of $200 are non-refundable under all circumstances.
● A minimum of 50% of the total reservation cost is due 7 days before the departure time. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver on the day of the event if desired.

3. Cancellation Policy

● Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled departure are eligible for a refund of any paid amount, minus the non-refundable $200 deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure.

4. Rescheduling Options

● Rescheduling may be possible on a case-by-case basis due to our strict schedule. Customers wishing to reschedule should contact a team member as soon as possible to discuss available options. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

5. Special Circumstances

● We have a strict no-refund policy however, we may evaluate requests for refunds or rescheduling due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis

6. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, and PayPal. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
